SHIPPING POLICY

This page shows you how to choose a shipping method for your order, estimate shipping cost, and gives other further information on shipping process of Teccpo.

Express shipping:
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3-5 working days to all major destinations. Express shipping fee varies from country to country. It also depends on the weight of the items you order.

Before we can ship your order, Teccpotools.com has to prepare your products, perform strict quality-control tests and package items carefully. The above delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

*All products are free of shipping.*

*Due to the long distance in the UK, we need to charge an additional shipping fee: US$10 per order.*

 

RETURN POLICY

Unconditional Refund

Within 3 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a refund. Please email to support@teccpotools.com for a return 
authorization number prior to sending any product back to our warehouse. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.For orders below $50, we will deduct $5 from the refund. For orders above $50, we will deduct reasonable freight charges according 
to the actual situation.

Refunds And Returns For Conditions

Within 30 business days, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product 
(The premise is that the product has not been any damage or disassembly) :
(1)The product is breaking.
(2)The product is not what you ordered.
(3)The product does not match the description on the website.

If you meet the above criteria, you can record a video to prove that the product doesn't work. And sent it to support@teccpotools.com Once we confirm that the products cannot work, we 
will refund or exchange. These problems will be solved within 3 business days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@teccpotools.com
